- In terms of the 43-101 rule the designated Qualified Person for our marine diamond projects is Mr. Richard W. Foster. Mr. Foster has 43 years of postgraduate experience in exploration geology and specifically in marine diamonds. His experience includes marine geophysics, marine exploration and sampling, resource sampling and estimation and resource management. He is registered as a Professional Natural Scientist with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP) and thus meets all the requirements of a Qualified Person in terms of NI 43-101. - In terms of the 43-101 rule the designated Qualified Person for the Haib Copper project is Mr. Vivian Stuart-Williams. Mr. Stuart-Williams, is a Director of VP3 Geoservices of South Africa and has 35 years of postgraduate experience in exploration geology specifically in uranium, gold and base metal exploration. He started his career with JCI of South Africa and worked during many years in Namibia. For the last 8 years, he worked as an independent consultant, involved with public companies listed in Australia, the UK and Canada. He has also covered many mandates for the European Union. He is registered as a Professional Natural Scientist with the South African Council for Natural Scientists (SACNASP), also with the South African Geological Society (SAGS)and is a registered European Union Geological Consultant. He meets all the requirements of a Qualified Person in terms of NI 43-101. |
